1 scoop chocolate protein powder
½ frozen banana
1 T PB2 (can use regular or chocolate PB2 if desired)
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ c unsweetened almond milk
4-5 ice cubes

Angel Food Cake Smoothie

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ tsp coconut extract
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 c unsweetened almond milk
5-6 ice cubes

 Tropical Fruit Protein Smoothie

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 banana slices (1 in slices)
2 mango cubes (1 in cubes)
2 pineapple chunks ( 1 in cubes)
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ c unsweetened almond milk
4.5 cubes of ice

Thin Mint Protein Shake

1 scoop Juice chocolate or vanilla protein powder
tsp cocoa powder
1-1 ½ c unsweetened almond milk
Handful of baby spinach
Peppermint extract to taste
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

 Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ c pumpkin puree
Pumpkin pie spice to taste
1/3 frozen banana
½ c unsweetened almond milk
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!!

 Carrot Cake Protein Shake

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ pureed carrots (baby food will work!)
1/3 frozen banana
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ c unsweetened almond milk
Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to taste.
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Warm Apple Pie Smoothie

1 scoop vanilla protein powder                                                           
½ small apple, peeled and cut into cubes
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of allspice

Directions
Combine apple, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla, and spices in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a mug and microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy

Lean Mean Green Monster Protein Shake

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 c unsweetened almond milk
½ c cold coffee
2 T PB2 or natural peanut butter
3 Handful of spinach
1/3 frozen banana
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
